hygienic reasons, we do not except returns of our merchandise. At
MangonetWear we take great pride in bringing to you the highest quality
lingerie, however in the rare event that you receive items with
manufacturer's defect, please send us an e-mail to customer_support@mangonetwear.com within 7 days of purchase.
You must include:
- Your name
- Your address and phone number
- Date of purchase or order number
- Detailed description of the item's defect (may include digital pictures)
We will contact you within 48 hours with return authorization.
A
full merchandise credit, excluding shipping charges, will be issued for
approved returns. We do not accept returns for soiled or washed
merchandise. For approved returns you are responsible for all shipping
charges. COD or courier packages will not be accepted. We do not
reimburse postage.
